Self-serve setup
Choose how you run the business.
Beacon starts with one decision: are you running your own account, or running a team across multiple creators? Both paths use Data Sources for sync and Native Assist for in-thread help.
Run it yourself
Solo creator
Set up your account, connect your data source, review the Revenue Risk queue, and use Native Assist when you want in-thread help.

Setup checklist
- Create account. Pick solo or agency workspace.
- Confirm access. Use private-beta access today; billing becomes the public self-serve gate.
- Install Data Source. The desktop connector keeps the normal browser session separate.
- Connect first creator profile. No platform passwords are stored in Beacon.
- Run first sync. Beacon checks data coverage before recommending actions.
- Review Revenue Risk. Work cooling fans, stale high-value fans, and missing-data blockers.
- Optional: enable high-confidence low-risk auto-send. It stays off until the creator or owner opts in.
Auto-send is never the default. It requires low-risk category, high confidence, fresh data, usable CRM coverage, messageable fan state, approved playbook, and active kill switches staying clear.
